I've just lassoed myself an antique roll-top writing desk at long last after eyeing one up for ages. Finally I got frustrated with tissue, sticky-tape and all other sorts of stationery equipment becoming one gigantic wrangled mess on my working desk. So I decided to splash out on a packaging desk. And yes I could have gone down to some cheap import place and grabbed a generic mass-produced but perfectly adequate student style desk ... but that's just not me now is it! Give me a bit of history and well-made craftsmanship and I'm in with a grin.
Now I finally have two separate spaces for two completely areas of my business to keep everything clean and organised. What a difference! I am in quite my element organising bits and bobs in all the cubby holes of the writing desk - that perfectionist nature strikes again!
So I thought it would be a great time to share my new find with you as well as a quick tiki tour around my working space ...
